BELD is introduced and integrated in another State of the Art laboratory in Cyprus. The Biorheology Laboratory at the Department of Mechanical Engineering and Materials Science and Engineering of the Cyprus University of Technology.

With research interests that include rheology and fluid mechanics of blood and other complex biofuids, and the laboratory is equipped with the necessary instruments for examining the structure, the mechanical properties, and the flow behavior of such fluids in the microscale.

BELD will provide a rapid monitoring and data analysis tool.
