He highlighted the strategic acquisition of AG Catalytic Solutions, a clean-tech company specializing in eco-friendly catalytic technology for ballast water treatment. This acquisition is part of EMBIO’s broader strategy to expand its market presence and enhance its sustainability portfolio. Loizou also emphasized EMBIO’s growth trajectory, noting that the company’s revenue in the first half of 2024 matched the total revenue of the previous year. EMBIO’s products, including the BELD portable chemical analyzer and the AirBELD air quality monitoring system, have found markets across Africa, Europe, Japan, and Korea, with pilot tests underway in the Middle East.
