MySens – Biodegradable mycelium-based immunosensor

Proof of Concept - Listeria Biosensor

In this project, we tested and developed the first biosensors which immediately detect Listeria in samples before they hit the market. The offer to demand ratio is extremely low as standard analysis methods for bacteria are usually very slow, delivering a test result within days or even weeks with an additionally high cost per test.
